Since 2021, she has coached studio owners around the globe. Her strengths lie in direct communication, sharp business acumen, and a deep understanding of personal growth shaped by years of coaching and MBSR training.

David brings 10+ years of experience helping software, consumer, and brick-and-mortar businesses scale through M&A strategy and growth acceleration. He started his career in consulting advising private equity firms, then spent five years in marketing and finance leadership at a brick-and-mortar operation.

Today he heads growth and business operations at Musicians Playground, supporting service-based owners with streamlining operations, reviewing financial performance, and implementing the systems that let a business scale.
